No. The seller's name, contact details, and property address are never shared with you. The platform manages all communication and logistics on your behalf. The freight contractor handles pickup from the seller's property — you receive the manure at your farm without any direct contact with the seller.
The deposit locks in your order and guarantees the seller that you're serious. It is held by PureManure in escrow and is not released to the seller until delivery is underway. If the seller cancels after your deposit is paid, you will receive a full refund.
Your balance payment is calculated on the actual m³ confirmed at delivery — not on the estimated quantity in the listing. If you receive less than ordered, you pay only for what arrived. PureManure's GPS tracking and load recording confirms every cubic metre.
Yes, if both parties agree. Request a site visit through the platform's messaging system. Note that your personal details will not be shared — arrangements are made through the platform.
Yes. You can have multiple active orders at once. Each order is managed separately with its own deposit, compliance documents, and delivery schedule.
Contact PureManure immediately at info@puremanure.com.au. Cancellation terms depend on how far along the process is. If the freight has not yet been arranged, a partial or full refund may be possible. Once freight is booked and compliance documents are issued, cancellation fees may apply.
If the product delivered does not match the listing description in a material way — for example, significantly different moisture content, contamination, or incorrect manure type — contact PureManure immediately. We will investigate and, where the claim is upheld, hold the balance payment and work to resolve the issue fairly.
